Enrollment and Withdraws
 
Students must be officially enrolled through the school office before they can attend classes. If they are enrolled from another Clark County School District school, a transfer form is required for each child. Parents of all students new to the district, including kindergarten, must present a birth certificate, immunization records, and two verifications of address (i.e., rental receipt and power bill). When you are withdrawing your child, the office must have at least one day's notice in order to prepare records.
